Appointments For your first appointment, arrive 10 minutes early to fill out a confidential intake form. Please arrive on time for any regular appointment. Only without rushing to complete your service in time for the next client, can we provide you with the best service. For late arrivals, we have to cut short your service, and you will be responsible for the full charge of your treatment. Cancellations When you reserve time with us, we not only guarantee your time, but we also turn away others who might want your appointment time. The therapists also greatly appreciate your consideration of their time. Please provide at least 24-hours advanced notice of cancellation to avoid a $25.00 late-cancellation fee (if we can not fill your time, or unless Euro-Body Therapies, LLC determines otherwise). Appointments cancelled less than 12 hours and no-shows will be charged in full. If the therapist fails to show for a scheduled appointment, your next appointment will be at no charge.
